My craft room has been very productive today, mostly due to the time I had to get in their and play, thanks to my bested friend Kirsty, who took my two wonderful boys for a sleep over, leaving the house very quiet and relaxed!
The first card off the rank was my 'Rain' card using TGF Digi; Wild Sprout Rain Rain. I used my new papers and printed the sentiment from 'Whimsey Doodles' straight onto the cloud design. I coloured the character in with my copics and SU markers and added a button, some ribbon and felt flowers. I finished the card by gluing in place some dew drops to represent the rain.
Next came Oliver, I just love this Happy Day set from TGF is just perfect for kid themed cards.
Oliver and his dinosaur trio are coloured with Copics and SU markers, I embossed the sentiment onto the really cool dinosaur paper that was in my stash and finished with a matching button.
and last but not least..............
Audrey, who I just adore, was a freebie digi from TGF to celebrate Marie's 30th birthday. She may act like a tomboy but she is really a girly girl at heart!
Audrey is coloured with my Copics and I have placed her on a background of Kaiser paper from the La-Di-Da range and used the matching sentiment from the same set. This card has been finished with some SU ribbon and some tiny brads.
The kids are home now and the house has returned to normal with the sounds of two boisterous boys bouncing off the walls. I wouldn't change it for the world!!
