Two Cards for Two Granddads!

Today I was busy making cards for two very special men in our lives, our Dads, our kids Granddads, have there birthdays coming up very soon and they are only days apart.

This is the first Granddad card completed today (scroll down for card number two), this one is for my DH's Dad.  I used this fantastic Robot image from Tiddly Inks; Big Bad Dad.  The colors are inspired from this weeks challenge at The Play Date Cafe.

Material Used;

Tiddly Inks Big Bad Dad digi, copic caio markers, SU Kraft, Whisper White & Old Olive card stock, Creative Imaginations Be A Man DP, Tim Holtz Idea-ology Sprocket Gears and brads, twine.

It is my DH's birthday this week so I have been busy making his cards while he is at work, then hiding the evidence again when he is home!  This is his card from our two boys...

This fantastic stamp and sentiment set is from Tiddly Inks, isn't he the coolest Dad you ever saw.  I even made a quick rummage with the kids in the garage for some shiny nuts and washers!

Material Used; Digi stamps from Tiddly Inks, Copic Ciao's, SU Kraft, Basic Black and Riding Hood Red card stocks, DP 'Be A Man'  and Rub-Ons from Creative Imaginations, nut and washers from the garage.

How Many Bolts?

My first Tiddly Inks challenge.

I found the Tiddly Inks Blog for the first time yesterday, which took me to the Tiddly Inks Shop which took me to this delightful little Robot who jumped straight into my shopping cart!

Robbie, as I have affectionately named him, is a joy to colour and I am sure he will be having a few friends join him soon from the Tiddly Inks Digi shop.

I have entered Robbie in my first Tiddly Inks challenge - Challenge 9 - Bleep, Bleep Boys and their Robots and I am sure it will not be the last.
